Invincibility - On the title screen, press Up, Right, Down, Left, Up, Start.
Level Skip - During gameplay, press Up, A, B on controller #2.
Start With Nine Lives and All Weapons - Press Start and wait for the title screen to re-appear then press A and Down, and press Start.
