Pellet - Powers up your fireballs. Three is the maximum amount you can fire at one time.
	Scuba Mask - Wear this when you are in the water stage to make Karnov swim faster.
	Shield - If you equip Karnov with this shield, he can repel up to five projectile shots from enemies.
	Wings - Wearing these enables your character to fly through the air for a limited time, and reach previously unattainable places.
	Bomb - Use these on different areas in the game to blast through certain walls or boulders.
	Boomerang - A powerful weapon for Karnov. If he catches it on the way back, he can use it again.
	Boots - Enables Karnov to jump extra high and avoid attacks or reach items in high places.
	Destruction Ball - Using this will destroy all the enemies on the screen. It doesn't work against bosses, however.
	K - Collect 50 of these, and Karnov will gain an extra life.
	Ladder - A major item for Karnov. Helps in numerous situations such as hard to reach spots, and fighting certain enemies.
	Mask - Karnov can see hidden items with this mask on that he couldn't see before.
